We do not accept merchants engaged in activities prohibited by applicable law, card scheme rules, or our internal compliance policy.
Standard documentation includes: certificate of incorporation and corporate structure chart, proof of registered address, identity documents for UBOs (25%+ beneficial ownership), most recent audited financials or management accounts, applicable business licences (e.g. gaming, financial services), and a completed merchant application form. Additional documents may be requested depending on your sector and jurisdiction.
For merchants who submit complete documentation, our target SLA is 48 business hours for a compliance decision. Technical integration typically adds 1–3 business days depending on the integration method chosen (Payment Link, Hosted Checkout, or REST API). Complex corporate structures or higher-risk verticals may require additional review time. Your assigned compliance manager will keep you informed throughout.

Standard settlement cycles are T+2 to T+5 depending on the merchant's risk profile and volume. Rolling reserve terms are disclosed upfront in the merchant agreement — typically 5–10% held for a 180-day rolling window, reviewed and adjusted as the account matures. We do not apply reserves without transparent contractual basis, and releases are made on schedule.
